Campaign for Real Ale
Public Transport in East Lancashire

When out and about visiting pubs and enjoying a drink, you need to get home afterwards and of course drinking and driving do not mix. So unless the pub is within walking distance this means using public transport.

So to help you get home from the pub, we will on these pages try to give some information on public transport in the East Lancashire area along with links to some of the bus and train operators and other useful Transport Information Sites.

Because of regular changes we will not attempt to give any times for any of the bus or train services mentioned, timetable information can usually be obtained from the companies website or by phoning the company concerned.

To make it as easy as possible to find what you require, we have split the given information into separate sections for bus and train services (see arrowed links opposite).
